Ses Escoles is the first olive grove on Ibiza with a gastronomic produce shop and restaurant, where olive oil plays the central role, hence the name Ses Escoles “Oleoteca”. Established in a charming old school near San Lorenzo, it has been transformed into a restaurant with shop, while still respecting its history, architecture and the natural environment.
A menu with dishes prepared with ecological, local produce that takes into account the preservation of the land’s fertility and respects the environment.
And for olive oil enthusiasts: the Extra Virgin Olive Oil Can Miguel Guasch (since 2008) is one of the most prominent on the island. A nice gift to take back with you to those staying at home.
